refund policy

All sales are final, however we accept exchanges or returns if items are defective or damaged.

If something has arrived defective/damaged, please take a picture and notify us within 48 hours of delivery at SomeArtyGirl@gmail.com. The buyer is responsible for the cost and safe re-packaging of the items for return shipping. 

Exchanges (if eligible) will be shipped after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

Refunds (if eligible) will be issued as a store credit after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

SomeArtyGirl is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If a package is unfortunately lost or stolen, a claim should be filed with the shipping service provider.
